Quick-connect solution for timber-to-timber and timber-to-concrete connections

The HCW connector brings the precision of pre-fabrication of timber to the construction site. The connector can be used for timber-to-concrete connections using a stud anchor HST3, or in a timber-to-timber connection using a hanger bolt. The quick-connect technology enables the optimization of assembly time on site of wall, floor and roof elements.

CONNECTOR

The HCW connector transfers shear loads in timber-to-timber and timber-to-concrete connections. For the transfer of tension loads the HCW-L with integrated nail plate can be designed.

The following verifications are performed in the module:

Verification of the HCW connector in the timber
Verification of the hanger bolt HSW (timber-to-timber connection)
Verification of the stud anchor HST3 (timber-to-concrete connection)
Verification of the chemical anchor HIT-HY 200-A with HAS-U anchor rod (timber-to-concrete connection)
